60th Anniversary Clubhouse Bash

On September 2, 1961, ESYCC officially opened the clubhouse to members with a dinner/dance and a menu including crab-stuffed lobster, shrimp, coleslaw, potato salad, ice cream, cake or cookies, all for just $4.50!
Join us this Labor Day weekend to Celebrate the 60s, with gratitude for 60 years of ESYCC fun while looking forward to another 60 years in the new clubhouse! There will be nods to the original menu, fabulous dance music by the HM Johnson band (with an extensive lineup of songs by the Drifters, Al Green, Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra and Kool & the Gang, you’ll want your dancing shoes!).
When: Sat. Sept 4 from 5-9 pm (BBQ 6-7:30)
Where: Clubhouse Patio and Lawn
Theme: Celebrate the 60s! ( Wear your best 60s Fashion, inspired by Jacquelyn Kennedy, Lilly Pulitzer, the Beatles, the Mod Squad or Woodstock)
Music: HM Johnson Band
Menu: includes crab balls, shrimp cocktail, BBQ, coleslaw and potato salad, sweet potato biscuits, ice cream, pineapple-upside-down cake and more!
