PRIVATE EVENTS

Host your next private event at Eastern Shore Yacht and Country Club. 

We promise to take care of you and your guests and ensure that you feel welcome and satisfied. We have many rental options, with both indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for your private party or meeting.  Our smaller options can serve up to 20 guests, while we also offer larger rentals that include the entire clubhouse and grounds and can accommodate up to 400 guests (with your tent rental). Whether you are planning a Family Reunion, Work Retreat or even a birthday pool party, you will be taken care of by our experienced team. 

Our goal is to make planning your event as easy as possible and to make you feel like a guest at your own event.

We offer a wide variety of options to host your next event. Whether its a pool party or business meeting, we have spaces to fit all your needs. Our rooms are not available to the public, but current Members may sponsor events held by non-member individuals or organizations with which they are affiliated.

Meeting Room: Includes access to our meeting rooms for business meetings, or social functions. Our meeting room spaces include the card room and member lounge. 

Dining Room: The dining room area can be rented out for three-hour increments. Early access to decorate these areas requires an additional fee. Any changes to table layout will incur a room set-up fee of $50 or $1/person, whichever is greater. Minimum catering bill (food and beverage) of $500 is required for evening events/$350 for daytime events.

Reserved Section: We offer the ability to rent out specified areas of the pool for an hourly rate. Guests still incur applicable pool guest fees. 

Private Outdoor Functions: Includes private use of the pool/tiki bar, patio or lawn three-hour increments, including set-up. Private pool parties must be scheduled outside of regular pool hours. Additional lifeguard, chair/table/dishware rental or set-up fees may apply.
