This class includes an ever-changing combination of body weight exercises (squats. Lunges, push-ups, sit-ups) that support daily activities.
Class can be adapted to all fitness levels.
Please bring an exercise mat if you have one.
Cost: $8/class for full and social members; $10/class for associate members and guests.
